About the Retreat
This retreat is all about you and your seat
in this women's circle!
Together we will create a container, that will hold us while we will deepen our practice and open up for transformation.
You are invited to discover
4 phases of shedding, grounding, opening, blooming
Join me to dive deeper
Yoga & Meditation
We will practice Kundalini and Yin Yoga during the retreat as well as daily meditation and chanting. The exercises will be gentle, yet energizing.
We will enter 2 days of silence as part of the retreat, to go deeper within ourselves.
Embodied Feminine Practices
Gentle touch, singing, showing emotions openly, selfless serving, these are just a few practices that we will explore together in the safe space of our circle. The subtlety of the present moment will be our guide.
We will come together in the circle to practice listening and opening ourselves to the healing powers of sisterhood. Women have been coming together in circles for thousands of years. We will tap into this energy and connect to the deeper wisdom from within.

More about Eva
Eva Teja Tschiderer, B.A. is a Kundalini and Yin Yoga teacher, Meditation and Mindfulness trainer and a Sacred Femininity coach. She teaches yoga classes for women, facilitates women’s circles and workshops on menstruation and women’s health.
Since the age of 16 she’s been doing energy work on an emotional, soul and body level. In her work she is supporting women on their way to open up to the devine feminine.
Her workshops are deeply nourishing, as she opens a space for love, healing and where women can find their inner space of power.
Accommodation and Facilities
Our retreat centre is set in 2.5 acres of grounds in a valley filled with olive and almond groves.
Accommodation consists of seven twin rooms all with private ensuite bathroom. All rooms have been renovated to a high standard using locally sourced materials, to create a luxurious yet simple and understated feel. A large outdoor courtyard provides the main communal eating space, and several outdoor terraces offer a place to relax in the sun or the shade.
Situated at the heart of the complex, the swimming pool acts like a colourful meeting point – with the blue water combining with the green olive trees and the red soil.
Food plays a central role in both our yoga practice and life. We believe food should be varied, unprocessed and nourishing to promote energy and wellbeing. The food we serve is predominantly plant based with some vegetarian options. All produce we source and grow at YogApulia is local, seasonal and organic wherever possible.
Refreshments are also available throughout the day and include tea, coffee, water & fruit.
The international airport at Brindisi is approximately 40 minutes drive away and Bari is further to the north approximately 55 minutes drive. Hiring a car in Puglia is relatively inexpensive and provides a great way to explore the surrounding countryside, local historical towns and beaches. Both Bari and Brindisi airports have a large selection of hire car companies including Avis and Hertz. It is recommended to book a car before your arrival. Alternatively, we can arrange a taxi to collect you on your arrival.
